Suggest Treatment For Small Acne On The Chin

Hi I am thirty year old healthy male. I shave on alternate days and for last two months I have been facing problems under the chin after I shave. The whole area develops small acnes. I have changed the brush, blades and razor but this problem persists. I have been applying Soframycin which heals the acnes.

Secondly for last two weeks I have been facing similar problem of acnes on outer skin of my penis where also I sometimes apply soframycin but it is not helping.

Could you please give me permanent solutions for both my problems?
