Suggest Treatment For Small Blister Like Spot On Labia Majora

I have a small spot on my labia majora that has been irritated on and off for several months. However, I could never see anything when I looked. Now it looks like a small blister-like spot. I ve never had any issues down there . Any idea what it might be? Is it folliculitis? It only occurs in the same spot.
