Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps In The Head

what would a bump that comes and goes all the time, its dark around head and head looks wet...and red...straight liquid comes out when area gets large...brown,clear, blood in color and liquid, not cottage cheese in texture. like a cyst. it is only between upper thyes and area between rectom and under genital area...person has a history of mrsa on calf of leg, years ago. once areas are not sore anymore and liquid is gone area still stays dark in color but no longer is a bump with a head and no longer swollen
