Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Forearm

I have these clear small bumps on my forearm. They came up slowly one at a time with like 1 month between. They are close together and they dont hurt. They have been on my arm for over a year. And I just got sick of it one day and decided to try and rip one off. And when I did it bleed not to bad and it seemed as if it was not truely attached to my arm. And i kept it and after I had it off my arm it seemed to shrink up and like die.And they dont hurt.
