Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Nipple

I've noticed that there are tiny bumps on my nipple, or areolas, and I thought they were regular pimples so I squeezed one. Now this particular one is quite larger and has not went down at all for a couple of months. I squeeze it often and everytime I do it secrets this white, almost sticky but not really, liquid.Sometimes I can squeeze tiny solids out of it, clear liquid with a hint of yellow, andssometimes blood. It feels like a tiny knot but I want to get rid of it badly or at the least know what it actually is. It cleanly produce a fowl odor at all. Please help me figure out what it is, what caused it, and also how to deal or get rid of it. Thank you.
