Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Palatoglossal Arch

Hi, I have a patch of small flesh colored bumps on each side of the palatoglossal arch..I think that's where it would be located. They cause no pain or discomfort but I just noticed them recently and they have me worried. They seem to be on the back of the lower gum, up from where the wisdom tooth would be. COuld this be an std? I also have had sinus issues for about 3 months and recently developed a sore throat and ear pressure.
