Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On Veins Of Arm

I get these small bumps(only a few & they look like moquito bites but no bugs around)at the vein of my arm.They itch a lil & then go away just as fast as they come up(never staying more than minutes) It doesn't happen a lot but I don't know if I should be concerned.
