Suggest Treatment For Small Growths Around Vaginal Opening

Hello,

I have developed small growths around the holes in my vagina (including my butthole) as well as what seems to be a skin tag. I had one or two at the beginning but they seem to have multiplied. I wonder if this could be a reaction to Veet skin removal cream, as it seems to get worse around the time that I used this product/ I have not been sexually active for the last 3 months so I hope it does not have anything to do with an STD.

The reason I have been hesitant to consult a doctor is that I am living as a student in France. My French is not advanced enough to properly consult with a French doctor and the French medical care system for international students is poor.

I also had a urinary tract infection in December. I do not know if this is helpful or relatable information.

Is there some sort of cream or antibiotic I could get from my local pharmacy?
