Suggest Treatment For Small Holes On Nose

Hi, I am Swapnil.,23 year old, height 5''8' and weight 62 Kg. I suffer frm a skin problem only on nose. There is small holes on my nose & some dirty dead white pores fitted on tht holes. Its really feels bad 4 me. Plz tell me some solution & medicine.
