Suggest Treatment For Small Itchy Bumps On The Penis

there small bumbs with itching on my penis . skin specialist said that it is due to mite. gave ataraxtab,lindane otion.crotorax hc... it reduced and again comes.. he gave fudic bnf ....even after 2 1/2 month treatment it again comes back with intense itching .i never have a sexual contact. iam 27. what can i do ....
