Suggest Treatment For Small Lump Near Xiphoid Process.

Hi Doctor, I am having small lump near xiphoid process. When I press hard it pains otherwise no. i checked with doctor here, she did xray. xray showed something like nodule. And she did ultrasound. But it did not show anything. Is it xiphoid process or something else? Please help. I am having sleepless nights.
