Suggest Treatment For Small Penis Size And Penile Discharge While Urinating

hello doctor, I use to masturbate a lot . am 25 now my penis size is too small, premature ejaculation problem . I want to increase the girth of my penis.what should i do, now am in control of masturbation. But the problem is size. Will it affect my wife in the future.PE problem almost disappeared, but sometimes in the morning while urinating sperm like liquid is coming. help me on this, Am from India, Feeling shy to consult doctor.
