Suggest Treatment For Small Pimples On The Penis Head

Dear doctor

Am 24 years old male . here . i have pimples like boils around my penis head . I feel shy to tell any one . So i am consulting u for what ointment i can apply on it .
I am not married and didnt had any sexual relationship so far . i am circumsized and have the habit of mastrubation often . presently am working from banaglore .. I feel xometimes inferior about me sometimes because of this .
