Suggest Treatment For Small Purple Spots On Lower Lip

Hi, I have these small purple spots on my bottom lip. I've had them for a long time; I keep thinking they are a bruise from when I fell from my bike in 2nd grade, but for 8 years now, they still haven't gone away. It looks like they get darker every day. They aren't sore or a bother to me at all.. They are just a bit embarrassing because they're very noticeable. What are they and how do I get them to go away?? By the way, I am 14, my height is 5'2 and a half, and my weight is 101 pounds.
