Suggest Treatment For Small Red Blotches On The Tip Of My Penis

hello._i have small red blotches on the tip of my penis that appear more red sometimes than others, there is an increasing amout of...residue? on the penis, and it can occasionaly itch. i havnt had full sexual intercourse for 6 months, but have had other sexual experiances. any advice would be much appreciated.
