Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps On Groin Area

I have small red bumps in my groin area. They have began to move closer inward. They have been there for about 3.5 months. Only blood come out of them when squeezed. They do not itch. They do become irritated. They are spaced for the most part. They are not warts
