Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps On The Hand

Hi Dr.,
I have red bumps that are scattered on my hand. I do have dry skin, but I did come in contact with someone with scabies a week ago. I washed my arms with chlorine, and washed my clothes afterwards. The symptoms are just appearing now.
