Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps On The Vagina

Just a month ago, me and my boyfriend decided not to use a condom. we found out im gonna have my second baby 3 weeks ago. On my vagina have these little red bumps with pimples I thought they were just pimples but now it's really ashy, and it itches like crazy
