Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots Around The Eyes

Hi, Thank you! I have had small red dots around my eyes for a couple of months. they appear in different spots every day. I also have some clouding in the outer area of the white part of my eyes. I'm wondering if there is bacteria in my eyes that is mixing with tears and while I'm sleeping irritating the skin under my eyes?
