Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On Legs And Feet

Hi , I have got small red spots on my lags and feet ,Due to that i am feeling tiredness and weekness in my body,
This has been occur last year also ,But at that time i have taken traetment of Pulpura skin disease.
Please suggest what is this waxctly and how to cure.
