Suggest Treatment For Small Rosacea Bumps On The Face

Hi, Good Evening, Myself Manalisha, I am Female. 26 year old, I started getting some small Rosacea in my whole face and started to use Betnovate N on my own (self medication) on applying it started to recover and then when i stopped doing so it starts to appear again.
Then i consulted a skin specialist and she advised me to use Kansel B cream but on using the result was the same if i continue it then it starts to disappear but when i stop doing so it comes again.
Sir,can you please suggest me what shall i do in such a case,
