Suggest Treatment For Small Sized Penis

I am a 17 year old male and I was wondering when/if my penis will grow. I have noticed the other guys in the locker room are a lot bigger than me and its very frustrating. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I am 6ft and its 4.5inches. What if it doesn't grow? Is there anything I can do?
