Suggest Treatment For Small Spots On The Forearm

A small spot appeared on my inner forearm a few days ago, I thought it was just a small bug bite maybe but more have appeared. All are inner forearm area and are like tiny blisters and are very itchy. I have not itched them though as don't want to risk them spreading.
Any ideas on what they could be please? Am just worried in case it's anything contagious.
