Suggest Treatment For Small Watery Spots On My Penis Head And Lost Morning Erections After Using Betawis-G Cream

Hi! Doctor I have big issue with my pinus.I have big amount of small watery spots on my pinus cap.I applied betawis g cream on it but the consequence of it is bad because I m not having morning wood now. I recently visited a dermatologist he suggested me to apply fucort h cream.please suggest me best solution.
