Suggest Treatment For Small White Spots On The Upper Back

Hey I recently have had these small white dots appearing on my mid to upper back, and they are now moving to my shoulders. I was recently in Florida and got a sunburn, but nothing serious. Im peeling on shoulders to, but i don't know if thats related.
