Suggest Treatment For Smelly Vaginal Discharge

I am on seasonique and have odor and discharge. I have had my GYN check it out and he says it is a thickening of the mucus and lining of the uterus, not an infection of any sort. Is there something I can do to get rid of the odor and discharge? It's really disrupting my husband's and my sex life
