Suggest Treatment For Snapping Sound In Left Hip Area While Walking

i had cobalt poisoning resulting due to a stryker left hip replacement --ten days after first revision i required a second revision due to contracting staph infection in first revision. iwas on a pic line during ten week rehab. iwas bedriden for approx. at home for about ten months , inow need a third revision , when i walk my left hip or femar makes a snapping sound. what are the odds of a successful third revision , walking normal normaly again
