Suggest Treatment For Sneezing Fits And Sleep Apnea

My 47 year old son has sneexing fits until he passes out. Apparently he has been having quite a few lately. Tonight he was crossing a busy highway when he passed out and was injured. He is going to the ER in the morning but I seriously doubt he will tell them what is going on. He also has sleep apnea. Can you advise?
