Suggest Treatment For Soft Growth On Head

My grandson 23, has a soft growth on the top of his head. The hair will not grow there. He now is getting a second growth. He doesn t have any insurance. We live in small town that doesn t have a free clinic. I m really concerned! Where he went was going to charge $160.00 just to walk into the room!
