Suggest Treatment For Sore Breasts And Stomach Cramps

hello, I had a miscarriage last year April 2014.my husband and i trying to have a baby since 2013,I have two kids 17 and 11 years old and we been trying since 2013 an we re still trying.?my period was early this month actually I expected on the 30th and it came on the 25th.i m just on the last day of my period and I m having sore boobs and belly cramps why is that?and it is definitely not implantation bleeding or so because I pass real rich red blood can you please help me thank you
