Suggest Treatment For Sore Dark Spot On Penis

i have a small dark spot like feature on my penis. Not on the head. Im a virgin so its not an STD. Its quite hard and is surrounded by redness of the skin. When touched i can feel the slightest of pain. Iv never had this before, its not raised either. am i to worry? if so, what steps do i take to treat it?
