Suggest Treatment For Sore Glans Penis

my penis is weeping it is where i pull my foreskin back its all red sore and is allways wet i keep drying it all the time it is really red and is not itchy but hurts and can be very painful there also is is red and sore on areas of the head off my penis. please may someone help im in a lot off discomfort thanks you.
