Suggest Treatment For Sore Lump On Forehead After Injury

I just whopped my head pretty hard. im rebuilding the calipers on my car and have them hanging up to paint. when i stood up i hit the side of my forehead, my left side, almost on my temple, but right above it. now there is a peanut sized lump there. its pretty sore but nothing i havn t felt before. Slight headache but its pretty local to the spot that was hit. Unfortunately i do not have health coverage at the exact moment, so the hospital seems daunting considering the treatment for concussions is minimal, other than the diagnosis. My balance seems fine, and i m not having a hard time reading or writing. Would you urge me to seek medical attention, or am i okay to rest?
