Suggest Treatment For Sore Nipple After Coming Off BC Pill

Hi i have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend and i am worried i may be pregnant as my nipples are itchy and at times sore when i am not itching them as i do not want to irritate them i have recently come off the contraceptive injection around 6-7 months ago and heard i could not get pregnant for atleast a year after could this be pregnancy related and also i do not have light periods and only get cramps.
