Suggest Treatment For Sore Spot On Big Toe

I started with a sore spot on the bottom of my right big toe. I thought it was from wearing tights. It was very painful. The same problem came up on my left big toe. The skin on the bottom of my toes is very dry and looks dead. Now I have a bump on the top of both toes on the joint. The right one itches. And, as of today, my right big toe is hard to bend.
