Suggest Treatment For Sore Spot On Face Below Jaw Line

Hi on wednesday last week I noticed a sore spot on the outside of my face just under my jaw bone and above my neck when I ran my finger over it lightly on Saturday I felt a very hard lump which is very painful it is in-between my chin and ear . It doesn't move either I'm quite worried as I have a soreness appeared on the back of my tounge on the right side and it feels a bit metallic feeling in my mouth against it also it is a uncomfortable swallowing , it can't be my tonsils as I had them out about 6 years ago but I would just like some advice please.
