Suggest Treatment For Sore Spot Under Ribs While Treating Breast Cancer

Had stage 0 breast cancer, ri side exactly two years ago..had lumpectomy and radiation therapy. Two weeks ago i've noticed very sore spot along my lower right ribs..feels like a bruise to touch but there is no bruise. It runs down some vein which is swollen. I also have history of dvt's in left left my last one being 2013 as well. Had ivc filter placed. Just wondering what on earth is this on my right side
