Suggest Treatment For Sore Spots On Scalp And Hair Stopped Growing

i am female 38yrs old and my hair has always grown fast fast until this past year it stopped growing at all. i also have red sore spots on scalp that get flaky and almost like a cradle cap. and my scalp is sore. please what do i have or can i do to fix this.
