Suggest Treatment For Sore Spots On The Penis

I have had Spots on my penis for a long time. I have tried treating it myself but the spot is quite strong and slightly painful when squeezed. I think its a sebaceous cyst but I am not sure. I also have sebaceous prominence in the sane area. I really want this treated because it makes my life hell! I am only 15 if that helps. I'm scared.
