Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Cold

I have a cold accompanied with a sore throat and a cough. When i come to blow my nose to remove the mucus air comes out from my right eye/tearduct. Its not painfull in anyway and has happened with a cold before. Im just wondering should i have any concerns or wait until my nose unblocks more to blow it.
