Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Cough

I have had lower back pains running down into my left leg. At one point my left side of stomach wass hurting going up to my left side of the chest. Ive had a cough for about 2weeks, im all stuffed up. Did have sore throat running into the back of my throat. Any suiggestions?
