Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Difficulty In Swallowing In An Infant

Hi there, there are many doctors who refuse to answer my questions. so I am writing here and please kindly answer me for my son who is 3 years old.

for emergency, I need to know right medicines and correct me if i am wrong

if cold and cough, zedex (5ml - 3 times a day for 5 days)
if fever, then crocin or calpol susp (5ml - 3 times a day for 5 days)
If fever above 101 f degree, then ibugesic plus (5ml - 3 times a day for 5 days)
if fever above 103 f degree, then metal-p (5ml - 3 times a day for 5 days)
if throat pain and cannot swallow food/water, then which medicines to give?

i also notice all three like Imol susp 60ml, ibugesic plus and combiflame are containing ibuprofen (100mg) and paracetanol (165.ng) so it means all of them are same but different companies right?
so they are all for same including fever, throat pain, pain relief, pain killer, right?
tell me which is good one of all?
