Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Dry Cough

I have a sore throat, dry cough that only self only produced mucus on the first day of being sick and green mucus from my nose for the past 4 days. There is no difficulty breathing but I do feel a heaviness in my chest. My ears are feeling pressure as well. Is this something I might need to get antibiotics for or should I keep taking over the counter cold medications that don t seen to help.
