Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Ear Ache

For about 2 weeks have had sensation of something like a popcorn hull being stuck in my throat - near where tonsils were. Also have been allergic, have a sore throat, a dry cough, and now an ear ache. Have had some heartburn but not so much this week.
