Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Headache

My neck is always sore and it seems to make me want to crack it all the time. I get alot of headaches due to the pressure and i get light headed often and my vision acts up . could it be a pinched nerve and is there ways to fix this problem. CHRIS age 28
