Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Large Spots On The Chest

I have had a sore throat for the last 2 days and this morning my chest and belly were covered with red large spots. I feel week, but I am still able to function? The combination of the 2 really scares me as I did get my flu shot at the beginning of winter? Should I worry?
