Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Pain In The Ear

I wonder if I should go to urgent care or ER
I have sore throat cough phlegm in morning at at night, coughing all the time and yesterday one ear hurt and today the other.. and its sharp pain.. I normally have one ear that bothers me but not the sharp pain like I have today in the other ear. I have taken OTC meds for days and everytime it wears off I feel worse.
I cant fight anything off ..my immune system is weak.
