Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Shortness Of Breath

I recently had an incident where I awoke with a sore throat type feeling and began to experience shortness of breath. I did NOT feel anxious in any way and my best description would be, it felt like an allergic reaction so my airway felt restricted. My albuterol didn't really help, and all my vitals were normal according to the paramedics. I was taken to the ER where upon room air my O2 sats dropped below 90 and on 3L O2 it was normal, EKG was normal. They diagnosed a panic attack, but again: I NEVER felt anxious. I took a lortab I have for LBP, and regularly take lisinopril, lexapro, prosta-rye, and Kratom for sleep. I have been under a great deal of stress for some time, don't drink, or smoke, and I take a number of supplements/vitamins for general health. I am overweight at 5'11" and 260 lbs. I felt crappy the next 5-6 days, and the shortness of breath came and went for 3-4 days?? Any ideas other than "anxiety attack"?
