Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Swelling Of Tongue

I ve been having a soar throughout for the past week and I have had a lot of flem as well. My throat is Unbearable. Normally I d have a soar throat during the morning and it would come back in the evening, but for the past 2 days it has been consistent and my tongue is swelling.
