Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Swollen Tonsils

ive had a sore throat for 13 days now 3 days ago i was put on z-pack they also took a rapid strep which camp back negative and a mono test which ill get back today this morning my pain has increased to a maxium to 10! it feels like im trying to swallow rocks my throat is dry and i can feel my tonsils swollen what can i do!
